Art in the Library / Mission
Mission Statement
The mission of the Art in the Library Exhibitions Program is to create a dynamic cultural center in the Lee Library, to foster intellectual and creative activities through the Visual Arts, and to act as liaison with other academic departments on campus.

Committee Charge
- To coordinate art exhibitions in the library, in connection with the Lee Library Exhibits Committee.
- To provide a venue for Visual Arts students and visiting artists to exhibit their work.
- To coordinate the location of art works throughout the Library.
- To recommend acquisitions of art works by the Lee Library. The focus of the new acquisitions is to represent professional artists associated with the Brigham Young University Visual Arts program.
