Exhibition Proposal
Proposals must be submitted at least 2 months before the exhibition opening date, and will be evaluated by the Art in the Libray Committee. The Committee will coordinate all art exhibitions with the Lee Library Exhibits Committee, which oversees other library exhibits and events.
To request display time and space, artists must fill out the Exhibition Proposal Form and submit it to Chris Ramsey, 5447 HBLL, (422-6731), or chris_ramsey@byu.edu
In addition to the Proposal Form, artists must submit:
* Artist's
Statement (one page)
* Biographical Sketch (one page) for
press release
* At least one image representative of the works
to be exhibited

format preferred)

Bringing Artwork to the Library
All artwork must be delivered to and removed from the Library via the Library Dock, level 2. The Library Dock is accessed through a tunnel that is located on the street just south of the library. The Dock closes at 5:00pm.
